Advantages of the Aube Mill (CADI) :
(1) High hardness, good wear resistance
In addition to the uniform distribution of spheroidal graphite, the matrix is bainite + residual austenite containing a certain amount of carbide. The existence of residual austenite makes the grinding ball form a high hardened layer on the surface through impact and friction during use. With the continuous wear of the grinding ball, the high hardness layer on the surface will be continuously automatically generated, which greatly improves the wear resistance of the grinding ball.
(2) External hard internal tough, not broken
At the same time of high hardness, the impact toughness of the Aube mill is generally ak=8-27J/cm2. According to the current national standard, the surface hardness of the chromium mill ball is HRC45~HRC58, but its impact toughness is only ak=2.5~3J/cm2. The impact value of forging grinding ball (ak=12J/cm2) is relatively close to the Aube ball, the surface hardness: HRC56~60 degrees, the core hardness: HRC40~56, but it is affected by the fluctuation of raw materials, the price is more unstable, the material is mixed, the use cost is relatively high, and the abrasion of forging rolling ball increases significantly in the middle and late stages of use. Therefore, the perfect combination of hardness and toughness makes the Aube steel ball truly hard on the outside and tough on the inside, which reduces the direct and indirect economic losses caused by the grinding ball crushing factors for users.
(3) Regular shape, improve production
The Aube grinding ball produced by our company is formed on the automatic production line of iron mold sand coating, and the heat treatment is carried out by the fully automatic heat treatment system controlled by computer. The stable production process at each stage ensures that the shape of the grinding ball is regular (the same appearance as the forging ball). In the process of use, these grinding balls always maintain a good shape and do not lose round, thus increasing the bench output of the ball mill in the concentrator.
(4) Light weight, energy saving effect is obvious
The Aube mill is a spheroidal graphite cast iron in which there is a large amount of spheroidal graphite. Graphite is a non-metallic element, so the specific gravity of the Aube mill is 8% lighter than that of the ordinary low-chromium mill, high-chromium mill and forged mill (the density of the Aube mill is 7.3t/m3, and the density of the low-chromium mill, high-chromium mill and forged mill is 7.7t/m3). Due to the reduction of the load of the mill, the starting and running load of the ball mill are correspondingly reduced, which can save more than 10% of the electric energy, but also reduce the wear of the relevant parts of the equipment, reduce the noise during the operation of the ball mill, and the Aube steel ball does not contain the polluting chromium element, will not pollute the ore and circulating water source, so as to achieve the purpose of environmental protection.
The service life of the Orbe mill (CADI) produced by our company is more than 2 times that of the ordinary low chromium mill under the same working conditions, and 1.2-1.5 times that of the forged rolled steel ball, saving the consumption of the mill machine by 10-15%, increasing the output of the table by more than 5%, and reducing the noise by 5 dB.
