High chromium alloy liner is a kind of wear-resistant material, has good wear resistance, high strength and impact resistance, is widely used in various wear-resistant equipment.

The main characteristics of high chromium alloy liner are its high hardness and wear resistance , which makes it excellent in the face of wear and impact. This material is usually used as the inner liner of hammer crusher, ball mill, to enhance the wear resistance and service life of the equipment. The selection of high chromium alloy liner needs to consider many aspects, including its material type, hardness, and whether it has good toughness, to ensure that it can play the best performance in the specific working environment.

Optimal Hardness ranging from 57 - 66 HRc , are essentially used in the first chamber of the mills for crushing the feed material. These balls impart potential energy for crushing and thus required to possess a combination of wear and impact resistance
Grinding by attrition is accomplished by numerous small balls of varying sizes from 15mm to 60mm,Chrome range from 10% - 30% and Optimum Hardness ranging from 60 - 69HRc in second chamber. These balls contribute significantly to the grinding efficiency of the mills.
