Excellent wear resistance: The chemical composition of the high chromium alloy wear layer has a high carbon content, and the chromium content is as high as about 30%, the volume fraction of Cr7C3 carbide in the metallographic structure reaches more than 50%, and the macroscopic surface hardness is HRC56~62, which makes its wear resistance significantly improved.
Good impact resistance: the substrate is low carbon steel or low alloy steel and other ductile materials, wear-resistant layer combined with the substrate, showing good impact resistance, suitable for bearing high drop hopper and other impact and wear material handling system.
Good corrosion resistance: Because the alloy layer contains a high percentage of chromium metal, it has a certain rust and corrosion resistance, which is suitable for the occasions of easy adhesion materials

Chengda has the whole process inspection and testing center (raw material testing + semi-finished product testing + finished product testing) ,we have Germany large direct reading spectrometer, automatic carbon sulfur analyzer, CNC EDM cutting machine, Rockwell hardness tester impact testing machines and other testing machines. Packaging & Shipping
(1) Balls can be provided in 1 ton flexible container bag with secure lifting straps. Bags can be strapped onto wooden pallets as per demand.
(2) Balls can be provided in steel drums, 850- 930KGS/DRUM. Drums can be strapped onto wooden pallets as per demand.
(3) We have long-term logistics partners to meet the different trade terms of sea or rail transport.

Grinding by attrition is accomplished by numerous small balls of varying sizes from 15mm to 60mm,Chrome range from 10% - 30% and Optimum Hardness ranging from 60 - 69HRc in second chamber. These balls contribute significantly to the grinding efficiency of the mills. Quality control of the final product depends much on the quality of the balls used.
